There's definitely some search volume on the subject so that's in your favor. The org, info us are taken so that's in your favor. You have the .net not .com so that's in your disfavor, but the .com doesn't seem to have a valid website so you are in good shape.

Normally with a .com site already up I would say the low $xxx range to an end user, but since com isn't doing much I think you could get a little more for it. For resale to a domainer here on the board maybe high $xx for a quick flip. Do you get any traffic from the site? If there's some hits I would personally value it up to $100.
