I disagree, @GeorgeK.In my personal opinion, this domain name sold for far too little, and the seller should have negotiated a much higher transaction price, given the market cap of the buyer

I did the hard work of digging through financial records to find the transaction, though, which they presumably were required to note in their public financial records as they considered it to be "material" to their investors.
