Secondly the website makes more money than $50.00 in gooogle adsense.

if this is the price range i am going to be offered for this website then i think the best thing for me to do is keep it and develop it myself.

Ok. Well as for google adsense it earns about $3.00 a day.
But its like i said before with this websites traffic this could be increased.

Im selling this website as a investment for someone's future.
Its got a lot of potentiol and certainly worth more than $50.00

But i can understand there is going to be some negative offers.

why would an undeveloped template be worth more than $50 with a pr of 1 and no google back links. I'm confused. It also seems like you are trying to represent this site as rocafella records I'm sure there has to be tradermark issues.
