I don't really see any value in this... medical marijuana uses would be limited as I imagine most companies would want to avoid a possible TM infringement with RiteAid (while Rite is not unable to be used, it might be very hard to use it in the RX/Medical communities due to RiteAid's TMs there.... at least worth looking into).... I can't imagine any non-medical marijuana site/company would use a name like this...

I see it as regfee for reseller and low - high $xx for enduser, assuming you can get around TM issues.

Hope this helps!

If you want people's opinions, you need to be open to them. Don't trash people for giving them.

"Rite" is not an English word the way it is being used (not being used as a religious rite); it is a play on the word "Right" that makes it more unique/brandable. "Rite" is used in brands outside of RiteAid due to being in different industries. My concern would be using "Rite" in such a way that it looks like you are trying to use their brand to garner brand strength within the same industry. I did not say that it was for sure going to be a TM issue, but even if it isn't, you will have far less interest due to people not wanting to deal with potential TM issues and the cost of hiring a lawyer to determine that. I am not a lawyer, although my wife is one; however, this is purely based on common sense and my experience with the law, domains, and brands/TMs.

Even without the TM issue, this is a fringe brandable with low value. Add in any potential for a TM issue and it wipes out the value.

Sorry if that doesn't match your fantasy, but I'd recommend researching more before you buy any more domains.

Hope this helps!

I'm answering question and will be respected to the full of my knowledge.

You claimed that your "wife is a trademark attorney" this is to determine that you have extreme knowledge in that area. That is why you have to mentioned the word trademark. Yes, I have read you replies; is based on assuming; no solid back up. It's is based in more concerned and assuming; than actual FACT.

You need to learn reading comprehension. I never said she was a TM Attorney. She is a lawyer/attorney. I also stated that my statements weren't based on that.

Very rarely in appraisals can you get FACTs - much of it is subjective. We are sharing from our EXPERIENCE and OPINION to help you - not for our benefit. I have been doing domaining since 2004 and have had a lot of TM related experience.

If you want a fact, there IS a fact that anyone who got this would need to discuss with a TM laywer to ensure there is not issue - and most names you don't need to do that with. There is also the fact that every time someone gives you an opinion, you mock them.

I'm done here. You don't want an opinion. You want someone to stroke your ego and tell you that your new hobby has struck gold and made you rich. Enjoy the dream.

The potential TM issue is an interesting point, and one I wouldn't have considered either. But this is why we ask for feedback and appraisals from long-standing and respected NamePros members. @svede isn't saying it is definitely an issue, he's just giving you some things to think about, so I'm not sure why he's getting all this abuse after taking the time to respond with constructive feedback...

I did a little searching on NameBio to try to make some loose comparisons. Doesn't look super promising, unfortunately:
The names starting with "Rite" are few and far between, and tend to be a lot more generic in nature.

Names ending in "weed" are a lot more popular lately, which is good. At least it's an indication that if you price this one reasonably (i.e. low to mid $XXX) then an interested party could find you and go for it. You could end up hanging onto it for a long time, though, since it will be hard to differentiate your name among all the other brandable "weed" names.
