well, my opinion might be a little biased, but I think it's a great name. most system/cheat.com combos have great overture w/ ext numbers, meaning this name should get great traffic next year.

A site where you can search for cheats? Who's inputting them? You or can visitors suggest a cheat?

As a blog? With the latest cheats and perhaps a review for the game. Maybe sign up as an amazon.com affiliate and put ads in for the specific game?

As a forum? Where people can chat about cheats. And chat about anything else they like too.

Based upon solely that domain name it hasnt got much going for it, those two words are barely ever heard together but I could see it being produced into a mainstream website - that being said the domain name is a bit long - perhaps buy RevCheat.com (if its available) as well and use that as the primary domain name but incorporate the "Revolution" into news posts, the website, etc so visitors can remember both. On reflection i'd say its worth $10-20 max.
