totally agree with you, diffrent arangements would give it more value

Using the tag "Review: Golf" might work.. 48k Google results for "review golf" (in quotes). IMO, developed (you didn't mention traffic), value is mid xxx to "perhaps" low xxxx, as is, to the right buyer. Good golf domains are becoming increasingly harder to find.
