Review Yummy Articles

Hey guys, can you review my site http://www.yummyarticles.com

It's been running for a few months, i make a little from adsence every day on it. I'm currently trying to build lots of backlinks to get a decent page rank on the next update.

Can anyone suggest some tips and ideas to boost my traffic and adsence earnings?

Nice and simple article directory but it will look more beautiful if you work out for a better professional and stunnng logo

Article directories just might not be my thing, but I think you have used too much of the hot pink to be honest. :P

I agree with Jacklin that your header (logo) does need a bit of work. The strong hot pink outline makes it look far from what it would be. If necessary, just keep it simple, but I suggest you get a logo and a favicon.

This is my first article directory review and since I don't actually visit them I can't say how they should look. But when I dig deeper into your site the colours seem to vary a lot. You have blue next (small) when browsing through the articles (the snipits) and then you change to a black (small again) when reading the actual article. I would like to see some larger text if that is possible and more space between the snipits.

Anyway, even though I may cringe at hot pink. :P It is a fairly good site. Good luck.

Thanks everyone, I will review the consistancy of the design tonight. Weblord I do have email addresses for every author registered and a bulk email system just waiting for me to hit send but I refuse to abuse it as they will just ignore it if I send out too many. I'm actualy going to transfer all the member data into a forum then notify all members that we now have a forum and they are already registered that they can come start posting imediatly and some other info about the site including linking back to us.
