I like the look. The header is nice but I'd want to tighten up a bit so the whole page shows above the fold. I like your little man graphics - I am confused by your text, so I'm going to assume this is placeholder text since all three of your packages are the same product for three different prices.

You should check for spelling, 3 mistakes in 1 paragraph:

"A 100% Unique design, Static coded page delivered with orignal source files in PSD and PNG. Page style will be CSS Based and fully velidated with W3C Standerds."

Maybe some help on English usage too:

"Additional Page will cost $120 Only" sounds a bit awkward.

Nice work... Very tidy, and to the point.

I thought there was a little too much "white space" in the top graphic, but that is a matter of opinion.

I really liked the fact that your portfolio samples didn't all look the same.
