I like a nice clean design. Red isn't my color of choice, but it is better than the blue scheme we see a lot these days. You will need to make a colorful logo for the header... Maybe a bit more colorful than red and black will make it stand out.

The tabs in the side of the divs featuring the different hosting packages is cool... Will they do anything when clicked or hovered?

I don't like the white bar across the top where it crosses the menu bar. Actually it is the box where the logo will go. It just dosen't flow like the rest of the page does... It looks stuck on top to me.... Maybe if you do a logo graphic, the square box can go away.

Anyhow it is a real nice clean design, and I really like it.

It is shaping up nicely but I have a few ideas that might help it:

- Add another colour as a 'highlight' colour. Just something to complement and offset the red. You can usually get by with only two colours in the palette. The other colour will be perfect for things like buttons and links.

- Increase the linespacing a little more. Maybe this is a just personal preference but it increases readability and gives the design more space.

- Put a little shadow around the white logo area to lift it away from the red background.

- Server images; people tend to love to see a visual representation of packages in hosting designs. Just boxes or squares of increasing number or size would do the trick.

Sorry, I'm very inattentive. I think, the site design is good. But it's difficult to say without dinamic elements!
