Very,...refreshing,...juicy...GREEN!
Looks good, i'd suggest to make the text box transparent and then play some with the font and color of the text to still make it stand out. Go for a depth perception effect, it should look great.
I'm not so sure about the pink frame around the intense green, there might be a better color that compliments the apples a bit better.
The links on the bottom are not yet working, however, just looking ahead in time, let all the action take place in the same window, which is currently used by the apples. Also, make sure the email form is embedded, nothing worse than sending someone to his/her default email when they don't have it configured and get thrown into Outlook.
Other than that, try to get some flash in there, nothing to wild, just a few of the waterdrops rolling off the apples ever once in a while - subtle yet effective.
Overall, very nice start, simple, good looking and immediate tie back to the URL.
