if you have enough content on the left (SMS menu) then you should follow with content in the center, the stand alone menu bar on the left is lost effort.
Start categorizing or bring content into the center. due to the "white hole" your site looks empty, and almost unprofessional. Think about what SMS'ers want, need and expect to see and bring this type of content into the center of the site.
The other way out of your empty spot would be to compact your site a bit more and categorize the SMS nav bar on the left.

Got to be honest... think this site is not too impressive or professional looking. But it's just my humble opinion.

1. When i first entered, took me awhile to realize what you are actually offering on your site. Your main page should clearly define the main categories of items you are offering and short descriptions.

2. I don't understand what the SMS Menu portion is for. All i see are some suggested greetings. Do ppl actually want that? Maybe its just me, but I can think of things to SMS others and don't need other ppl to suggest what to say.

3. Font selection & size could use some work. Not too attractive and alittle too small.

4. Overall site design is abit too plain and unattractive. Perhaps you shld consider buying a ready-made template, don't have to be a high-end one. Something simple but professional wld be good enough.

5. Should include a section 'About Us', which creates confidence that visitors are not downloaded viruses or anything suspicious.

6. Selection of phones too limited and wld advice you to save effort on the SMS Menu portion and try to increase the number of phones supported.

7. With your site design, it will be extremely hard to get good keywords listing in search engines, since you have so little text. Might want to think about your strategy of how to increase traffic. Probably you will need to depend more on adding links to directory rather than SEO unless u plan to include more content with good keywords.

Have not tried to be diplomatic but to be brutally honest, hopefully it will help you improve the site. But of course, who am I to say what is right or wrong? So these are just suggestions and you shld choose what to accept and what to reject. Good luck!
