Review my New Community

Hi, This is my new community.

I am trying to build the community up but I don't know what is holding it back. Pleese help.

The white color font is a bit difficult to read, use black instead. At the "Top 100" page, the "Home, Top100, Submit and Judging" boxes are quite big. And the size of the content layout and the header doesn't match too.

Make other pages the same layout as the first page. The first page brings good impression.
