For some reason "Most popular avatars" doesn't show up. Menu looks like a parked page (but this is probably just me). Header looks nice

The left panel indeed looks like a parked page. The main logo/stock image where girls stand does not look professional the image has some blurring effect as well. You might want to get another logo with the feel of avatars.

Briefly, on content-side the site is set. But on design-side there are some imporvements and changes to be made.

Very nice design. Reduce the links in left-panel, or combine group of links under different sub categories.
