needs some review on it pls give some feedback if possible.

yikes.

q: what is the purpose/goal of your website? (reflect this on the homepage)

- navigation menu needs to stand out more
- needs original content to replace cut-and-pasted content
- trash the horizontal marquees (all of them)
- footer on homepage is much too thick (it's twice your header!)
- "about dubai" page needs to be shortened, and toc should be left justified
- "property news" needs to be shortened

start with those...

well i have made the changes although did not remove the marquee in the header the rest is removed, shortened the about page and property news page.


navigation menu i have increased the size, thinking of changing the colors and i feel toc looking better in the center!

first impression - not bad

get rid of the scrolling / bouncing welcome at the top, no need for it, it looks unprofessional and annoys the user

it's basic but works well, the nav menu could do with some work but as it stands it's easy to navigate - just doesn't look the best

i'd look at blending in the google ads a bit better or moving them to the right column rather than in the center

it stands out but in a bad way and doesn't make me want to click on anything in there
