Looking to buy revenue domains making 10-50 bucks a month. Depending on a few factors (geographical source of traffic, stability of traffic, other established NP people vouching for you, good proofs of revenue + traffic), I'll pay 9-12 months revenue.
No TM anything, no gambling (I'm weary due to the new US legislation) and typos only if there's no TM issue. I prefer non-typo though.
