It would be great to get your thoughts on two new hand reg domain names:

windowglazier.com
windowglaziers.com

Surprisingly still available considering this an already well known market.

Comments and opinions appreciated.

However, in the U.S., glazier is not a well -known term.
Prospects here would search for terms like "window installers" or "glass repair."

I would value the singular at low-mid $x,xxx.
I would value the plural at mid-high $xxx.

I did have a thought that 'glazier' in the US was not the most popular term. I found a couple of business in NYC.

I agree completely with your reasoning, but I think that those factors lower the value even more. Unless the term is heavily used in part of the US/Canada/UK/AU/etc (I'm not aware - see stats below), I don't think either has great value. I'd put them both at low $xx reseller and high $xx to mid $xxx enduser.

Here are some use exact match google searches/month:
"window glazier": 390/month
"window glaziers": 110/month
"glazier": 27100/month
"glaziers": 6600/month

The first two are pretty much worthless searches/month IMHO. And the singular version of a dictionary noun only getting 27100 searches a month tells me that it is a somewhat obscure word.
