mortgages.hk has good potential. the property market is a key element of the HK economy.
restaurants.....there are so many of them that most people will just walk around a district and then choose the one they want. If they want a particular restaurant they will look it up in the yellow pages...
still, you may find a buyer for both of these domains in the $xxx range (hopefully not HK $)
