Is this an affiliate site, or a custom coded site where an individual restaurant database of some time needs to be maintained (and or built)??

There is a significant backend for restaurant adds, edits, deletes, and more.

The database you see on the site is included in the sale.

If you look at the listing plan options http://www.restaurantdiningguide.com/submit_listing.php , the free one does not include mapquest directions or coupons, but some of the restaurants have both. This will allow users to call directly from the website. Make a FREE phone call to a restaurant, bar, diner, etc. without having to pick up a phone!!! The customer clicks "Call Now" from a menu or listing and then a Call window opens up. From there you can call the restaurant directly and order . Also reservations can be made with this service.
