[REQ-TEMPLATE] $100 for simple template

Hello,

I will be starting a affiliate rewards shopping site at zohos.com.
I would like a clean web 2.0 style template.
I like dark backgrounds, blues, greens, oranges. But I will be willing to take a look at any decent template.
There are 2 distinct types of buttons: top nav and submission/action buttons
There will be a content area + a left or right smaller content area
The 2 content areas will have sections (header+content divs)

Template will not need to be coded but I will need it sliced out.
Buttons will not have text, so the edges will need to be sliced.

Extension to Sunday after Thanksgiving

Sorry, didn't see the deadline. I hope you're still interested. I didn't know exactly what "rewards" meant, so the header pics can be changed to something more specific if needed.
