I'd love some feedback about the name below. The singular version has been registered since 2004 and I think this one is superior. Any ideas about end user value or other potential. Thanks.

That's a good find. In a retail setting, you shouldn't sell below $x,xxx.

The phrase is used commercially, as a Google search will show. Based on the money at stake in extended-stay hotels, someone might be willing to pay $xx,xxx.

Of course, those are just my hunches. You should do some more thorough research.

The wholesale market on domains is very weak. So don't expect good offers from domainers. I'd at least be interested if you decide to sell cheap, though.

I appreciate your comments. I'm curious about your level of cheapness in regard to this name, want to PM me a number?

Does anyone else have thoughts about it?

Though its a 17 letter domain the name seems very catchy. Marketing these type of domains should be pretty easy. I would say low x,xxx to mid x,xxx.

Thanks for your valuation and comments.

I've never tried to actively sell a domain in the hospitality industry and I'm a little torn about how high up the executive ladder to go. Should I contact the chief marketing officer or the senior director of marketing communications or someone else?

A couple of obvious big names in the hotel industry immediately come to mind as good prospects (their names seem to target long term customers) but I wonder if they have been tapped already because they are so obvious. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas about marketing this specific name effectively (I'd rather sell it sooner than later)?

Thanks
