.co Reserved .Co Domains

I have found several .co domains that show up available but when I try to register they are taken.

These domains, I haven't found them on any reserve or restricted list. I know for reserved .Co domains they come up on the whois as reserved or restricted, but when I do a whois on these domains the whois shows nothing, a blank page.

I'm not entirely sure why the registry would hold onto these domains, could this be some error? Why wouldn't they say its restricted or reserved?

They want to keep them as premium domains for future sale or auction. Ran across a few of them today.
