i am looking for someone who has done this before, i need to resell one line of centralnic's names, they have a php/perl API (ok theres my tech knowledge).

i need a complete customer facing site for customers to check for, register, and manage their names.

i would pay more fro an experienced developer than one who wants to "try it".... and the try it" person would have to show me they could do it and recieve payment on site working.

they have a "toolkit" and documentation.
