Can you please post the url to your support site here? You only have email address to send problems too. I am one of your clients here and i can only send you email u when i have problem. Right now all the databases of my five sites have disappeared so all of them are offline and unoperational. i've already sent an email but i haven't received any replies yet. Now i want to know where to submit tickets so i don't have to come here looking after you.

Please, i need explanations on the disappearance of my site dbs. Please respond to me ASAP.
