Hi

I am trying to change the hosting prices for one of my sub accounts - I want to charge them a slightly higher rate than normal. However, when I make the changes and try to same them an error comes back saying "Parent account must have a price set for same quantity of units for this product"

I have contacted eNom but still do not fully understand the situation - does this mean all my prices and those of my sub accounts are ultimately set by my parent?

Any ideas would be gratefully received
