domain Requesting Appraisal for a Surname Domain - Raul.info

Hello guys. I'm wondering if this a valuable investment or not. I just bought a surname domain name at Godaddy for $10 with the intent to resell it in future. The domain is Raul.info regged since 2008.

So what do you think? Is it a resell-able domain or not? If yes then how much the price will goes? Looking forward your reply.
