[Request] Looking for forums to advertise on 468x60 for an image host

Dear All,

Currently I am looking to advertise across a range of forums, although this time we are looking for ones that their users tend to upload a large amount of images. As well as the 468x60 banner we will be looking to have either an announcement or sticky placed on your forum recommending themselves to use it. Regarding the content of our site, I run a free image host.

Would you consider buying yearly rotating banners wich will rotate with 5 other banners or monthly? Also, would you consider directories if they have quite some traffic and pr?
