Hi all,

some of you know the script seen here: Domain Name Portfolio - DomainPortfolio.us
I'm now the new owner and looking for some variations of the template used.

for my own use and possibly others at a later date.


Type of Contest: Template Design (2 pages only at this time)

Home - Domain Name Portfolio Demo

Details for 911heroes.info - Domain Name Portfolio Demo

Prize : $50.00 uncoded (will be looking for 3-4 designs) so prize is smaller than usual.

Contest End Date & Time : 5 days

Size Requirements: Same size as demo

Color Requirements: blue, red, green, be creative

Image Requirements: The nromal standard (dont know what it is )

General Requirements: Must be compatibale with the script, must be web 2.0 looking, and most important, must NOT look anything like the demo, be creative, add paypal butons, page rank details, etc etc etc....



Additional Information: The script is downloaded by lots of people so errors will not be accepted.

I just want 3/4 designs to buy and then get someone to code them,

i dont want the designs to look anything like the demo, so if youre gonna copy the design and just change colours dont waste your time or mine.

Theres a good chance there will be more than 1 winner.

Please show me the designs as soon as possible (Wont accept any that are not clearly WATERMARKED) < please do that>

deadly

they all look the same, they all look like the demo i showed.
they are all 1 page designs (stated 2 pages)

theres no creativity involved in those designs above (sorry designers) i should have made itmore clear that i wanted something thatlooked nothinglike the demo (that was just to let you know what the actual site page looked like, then i thought you'd just go and mess it up and design something nice

theres nothing "unique" about them IMHO!

dont get me wrong i appreciate everyone trying.

I'll pay the winner today and update the thread so it can be closed

Please tell me finally what was you looking for as you are writing now that all above designs 'look the same' :O?
I think your words can be a bit offensive.
I'd like to realise you that there are few quality designs, which are not 'color change' or something, but that was the creative and unique work of each designer.

I like the designs, there well done.

there just not what i was looking for, as they look similar to the actual demo.

my words were harsh i know.

I never seen johnnyli's design, thats a little closer to what i want.

he's the only 1 who added the paypal button/pagerank (not a big deal)
but it's there,

it still looks like the demo
the actual "block" of the domains is the same in every design (almost)

i take full responsibility for messing up the contest.

The desings had the same UI, we didn't know you wanted that messed with. The graphics, however, helped give a fresh appeal, but in the end it is what you'd like best and I agree that you must get what you'd like the most.

I do see I'm the winner, I'd be willing to work with you if you give more details on another design that might work with you better, unless you're looking at another contest. I'll keep this in PMs

Congrats on buying the best Domain Portfolio software out there, Stevie. I think you really messed up with your spec though. I hardly think Domain Tools is web 2.0-ish. I think you got what you asked for. But glad to see you chose a winner. I didn't really like your choice. Hope it's not the one that appears in the next version. What's your plans for the software?
