[REQ LOGO] Sock Retail Site - $75

I need a logo for a site I am building at GrumpySocks.com .

Contest will end noon, est, March 7th.

One liner for the site will be something like, "Wear your feelings in comfort" or "Tell them how you -really- feel", something along those lines, and will feature socks that are, well, grumpy in nature.

I want the logo to include, obviously, some form of a sock, or a logo built around a sock.

Color schemes are open, but should probably be fairly bright.

Winner will also get first shot at designing 20 or so additional images for me down the road, so show me what you can do.

Logo must be original, trademark free work, and I am buying all rights for the winning entry.

Gooddesigner - I like the first effort. One of the things I am looking for is a sock that has a little personality to it. I like your sock, but maybe add a grumpy smiley/emoticon to it.

Jeffrey- First entry, the sock needs a grumpy effect and should be more prominent.

Amin- Socks are just there, I am looking to instill a little personality on a sock, a sock with attitude as it were.

Jeffrey- Second entry I don't really like it, the sock's positioning doesn't really strike me. Third entry is good, I like it, can you make it a little more grumpy, maybe furrowed eyebrows. I don't want a sad face, something with a little pushback maybe.

Mastminds - I like your socks, good imaging, can you maybe give him a few more details, face wise, make sure he is more grumpy than sad. Nice colors, too.

Loko- I like the sock on the left.


I am really encouraged by the quality of designs you guys are submitting. One of the reasons I love namepros.

Gooddesigner - Is there any way to add a frowny mouth to the sock?

Loko- For the record, -I- would buy a Grumpy Sock Trooper, lol. Love the designs and colorings. Can you integrate 'GrumpySocks.com' into it somehow? P.S. - When I saw the pink sock, my first thought was a tagline, "I'm A Princess, Dammit.", lol.

Jeffrey, I hate to keep asking for updates, I know you have a limited time on something that is not guaranteed, but coud I get you, on the last entry, to slide 'grumpy' to the left a little bit, so the toe is sticking under the 'GR'? I think that would make the effect a little more integrated.
