making money with domain names

Logo should include these words, case sensitive. Exact dimensions are not specified by me, but it should fit the space there. Second design will replace the koi design at the right - it should have similar size and colors and a similar style. This graphic is a stock component of a SquareSpace website and I want something original there.

Color Requirements : Colors should blend with or complement colors on the current site - similar blues and orange, for example. Any new colors need to blend.

General Requirements : Zen-like, tasteful, minimalist line art that blends with current site.

Additional Information : I'm looking for a clean line-art style that is similar to what you see on the site. The water lilies in the upper left will likely stay on the site. It would be great to get some reflection of "Domains" and "Money" in the design while keeping the look and feel of the template. Some inclusion of a surfer theme, if done tastefully, would also be okay, as the site in some ways is a sister-site for ParkQuick, but "money" and/or "domains" are more important elements.

This is closer to what I'm looking for, but it still jumps off the page a little too much. I see what you are trying to do with the arrows (I think) and I like that. I think it would go better if it had no shadow and looked more like a pen-and-ink drawing.

It's awfully busy, and it does not really look like pen and ink line art - like the existing template. I'm really looking for something that does not look 3-D - unless it is maybe an Escher-like 3-D where the pen and ink create the illusion of 3-D.

I like the koi and waterlilly theme. Bamboo line art might also look nice. Something clean and simple.

oh you want simple fonts, hmmm I can do it faster.
Well I installed corel again, its the best for logos, banners etc. If it will be still open tomorrow, I will work on some concepts I thought

I just caught the spelling thing too. I like the script logo better, though. It is the best thing I've seen so far!

The koi look good, but they are a little fat and cartoonish (but koi really are fat, so that's not really an insult). I actually really like the SquareSpace template koi better - but the design screams "template" and there are probably too many other sites with that design.

(That graphic may be harder to change because it is part of the stylesheet and not as readily editable.)

I like the script logo enough that I am now confident that I'm getting great graphics and I will award the prize (to someone) without any reservations. I do want to let the contest run the full 10 days to see what else is proposed.

The bamboo is good. I'm not sure that the green fits with the rest of the design, though.

I like the waves. A very nice touch. This design is definitely in the running now.

I wonder if there is a little conflict between the calm water (with the water lilies) on the left and the waves on the right? Do they coexist well on the page? I could always lost the lilies I guess.

I still like your actual logo the best. Adding a little color to the script logo might make it interesting - but the style is perfect. I'm still not perfectly sold on the chubby koi, but they do go nicely with the water lilies on the page. I guess the fact that they are colorful and the logo is not draws the eye toward the koi a little too much (but certainly that happens in the current design too).

These are just some of my thoughts if you want to keep at it. You are certainly talented.
