Hi - I need another logo made. This one is for: eBayMobiles.com

The site will feed in eBay UK mobile phone auctions. Please note, this is United Kingdom targeted...

Also note there may be issues with using eBay logo????

$30 to winning logo - which I will choose - deadline 22nd March (sorry for short notice).

Hey Damien,

The ebay part itself is a recreation (which is not EXACTLY as theirs) and therefore is completely scalable - as is everything else. I also incorporated the UK flag into the mobile phone to show that it is in fact for the UK.

I know you stated there might be problems with using their logo - but you're already using their name, so I think if they wanted to come after you they already could. If you're going to do this you may as well go all out! haha

I think that's unfair to say seeing as you're going to have problems with them REGARDLESS. You are already using their company name - so like I said, if you're going to get a letter asking you to shut down eventually - you may as well start big and finish big.

Or if you still don't understand that you can't use the company's name either way - I can make the "eBay" part of my logo not so eBay-like and leave the "mobiles" part eBay style.

I suggest you post a thread about this in the legal section of namepros - but I am almost certain the service you provide won't be a problem. It is the fact that you have already chosen to include "ebay" in your name and domain address.

I have PM'ed you a very cool *available* alternative should you decide to change your name.
