[REQ-LOGO] Easy (I hope) Text Logo needed for PoolVentures - $25+

Prize : $25 (see note below)
Contest End Date & Time : December 31st, 2006, 11:59 EST (UNLESS I find one I like before then - with my preference being to find something today if possible )
Size Requirements : As large as possible - High resolution - I'll shrink as needed
Color Requirements : Not looking for a rainbow - and I need a greyscale version in addition to the color one I outline below.
General Requirements : Looking for the word "POOL" (probably all uppercase?) to be in darkish-green blocks (aligned horizontally) with white text (Each letter in its own box, probably a clean, bold font), and then the word "Ventures" to the right, maybe offset, in a different font. Also need the "POOL" to be by itself in one version if the word "ventures" overlaps the "POOL" in any way. If you need more info or have questions, just ask!
Additional Information : If you think you have the perfect design but want more money, PM me and if I agree on the quality, we can work something out before you enter the contest.
Looking for pro, I will try to provide comments, and I apologize in advance if my lack of design skills makes my comments amount to "Not what I was looking for, sorry".

Hey first 2 fellas - I like them both, but they are both a little more "cartoony" looking than what I'm shooting for. Think "venture capital" rather than "tech/computer company". More of a mature, refined, clean look is what i'm going for.

The color's darkness should be closer to ziki's, the layout should be closer to hayes, font closer to ziki's (Although the "L" looks weird and I could swear the letters are differenct sized fonts...)

Close, guys, just not quite there yet...

Yeah, I like it...

Can you:
1) Lose the leaves/ivy
2) Tell me the font name so I can keep things consistent in any site design
3) Create a high quality grayscale version as well
4) And then the version with 4 equal size boxes that just say "POOL" (w/o the ventures or other gradiants)

If so, I'll take it :tu:
