Reputable-3rd-party for secure LEASE transactions

Does anyone know of any company that would "act as a third party", to ensure that a "domain lease" would be "secure" ?

There is supposedly a lot more "potential for legal-issues", in a "domain-lease", than with a simple-escrow-sale. So/However, no companies seem too interested in assisting people through these issues.

Just hire a lawyer to type up a contract.

Hiring lawyers is effective at protecting your-side-of-legalities.

A domain lease-to-buy-deal, however, really seems to depend on the parties actually trusting eachother, over legalities, as there is apparently no trusted method of -securely- leasing domains. I guess I'll have to work on this issue, myself.

right, it's tough/"a lot of hassle" -- I imagine it being pretty much completely-secure, if "both" "lessor and lessee" each hire lawyer(s), and then everyone would simply agree about --who owns the domain, --"what the deal is", -- and especially that if anyone begins "questioning the integrity" of the "legally-bound" "agreements", the lawyers may just start "busting balls", "in-exchange-for-money".

I want to auction-off 100+ somewhat "low profile" domains, in "lease-to-buy"-deals, and be able to say "bid with confidence", as a new domain seller.

Lawyers, however, are the "most trusted" "people in the world", "only-specifically", when they are "working for you", and they are simply explaining "the legalities of the matter".
