You say this a extremely strong keyword? I've seen better. Get in the 100,000 range before you say extremely strong. It's decent, that's all it is. Take my word from experience here.

I'm not so sure about the value of the .WS TLD, but since you are using it correctly and it has minor searches to it it's probably worth something, I'll have to do a proper appraisal on it later, but for now I think it's worth more then reg fee.

Probably in the $10-low $XX range.

Well, think of the top level domain (TLD), the extension at the end as a second word. For example hamburgers.com, versus hamburgers.biz. hamburgers.com implies it's just about hamburgers, while hamburgers.biz implies it's the business of hamburgers thus lowering your market to just the business of hamburgers.

I'd say you're talking low $xx range with possibly mid $xx to the right buyer. It's a decent keyword but not exactly the strongest one out there (the OVT for "republican" is over 16k). I think it has plenty of potential for development which ads some value.

Theres no set line for what is considered extremely strong. The Overture numbers are pretty good, but despite what Overture says, I still think that "Republican" is a strong keyword. People also don't just search for "republican", but also conduct many, many searches with the word "republican inside of them, but those aren't reflected in the Ovt. numbers posted here.

For my appraisal, mid $xx.

It's definitely a strong keyword... so you've got that going for you! Find the right republican buyer and you could get at least 5x what you regged it for hopefully. Get on forums and see if you can find a buyer. Good luck!
