Repo Domains ???

i was at registerfly the other day , i was curious to see what used domains they had for sale . as i went to few of the sites i saw "this site has violated the user agreement and is now for sale" or other msg's like that ... is it really possible for them to "repo" your domain if you violate the terms of service or user agreement

I would imagine they were purchased fraudulently. A number of other registrars like godaddy, directnic etc do the same thing and sell them as "used" domains.
