Repect list.

Hey guys,

Well, this is just merely a suggestion. I think it would be cool if an extra profile field was added, entitled the "Respect list" or "Friends" or something on that order. Just a field that would show up in the profile-view where users could list fellow forum members who they consider friends or have respect for.

I know other forums have them, I thought it was a cool idea TBH and even put a field like that in a few of my forums. I don't think it's a bad idea, it only adds a little more creativity and personalization for the users.

I personally don't like the idea as you should have respect for everyone here, as after all we are a community. Why single out people who you "respect" when every person here at NamePros should be respected IMO. :blink:

Ya, I agree. I don't think its necessairly a bad idea, but I think it has potential to cause more problems than any benefit it may have.

I think the Trader Ratings and Reputation Points handle this if Used Wisely already

Perhaps something that could start to divide people rather than unite, especially old scores in the break room political threads spilling over to sales and other areas via this 'mate' list.
