Well let's say, how do you renew your antivirus, insurance, some management software or even passport or support contracts that you have for any products , could be used as a great redirect URL to drive customers to the right page directly or an organisation specialising only in any sort of renewals can use it.. I know it can be vague but I believe it can be used in many different ways if somebody really wants.. just my opinion!

If you own it you should probably develop it, because to sell only the domain will be difficult.
