I have a registrar who is asking for additional fees for renewal of cctld domain in grace period.
The domain expired just 2/3 days back and is in grace period of 30 days.
Can the registrar have their own rules for disallowing grace periods.
Also can registrars prohibit transfer of domains to other registrars during the grace periods ?
