I think I posted about this a year ago but forgot how it all hashed out...Is there any way to remove the custom tagline I bought with NP under my user name? The "Pranadot" thing? I have been looking all over the CP and can't figure it out.

If anyone has info, please lmk! Thanks :snaphappy:

Thanks for the reply and sorry for being dim..but I honestly don't see it in my menu using that link, I've been poking around there for 20 minutes. That text is no where on the page to edit...am I missing something? Can you tell me the exact thing I need to edit?

Changing the custom title tag is only available to np supporters and business members. I'm on my phone typing this at the moment but as soon as I get back to my PC I'll remove the tag for you. Might be a couple hours though.

Ahh I see, no rush, but I'd definitely appreciate it. I've wanted it gone for almost 2 years now! No need to advertise my incredibly defunct reseller. Thanks!

What about those of us who have previously brought the user title?, it's not very fair to revoke a privilege that people have paid real money for without any compensation.

Memberships are a monthly subscription, when you stop paying for it, you no longer have it, there's no revoking involved. As long as you maintain your subscription you retain all the features that come with it.

Back when there used to be a paid user title change it was set-up like the user name change, where you pay a small fee to change your title 1 time. Each time you want to change it, you pay the 1 time fee again (Just like usernames). So there was no revoking it in that scenario either.

Eric - to confirm;

Does that mean that anyone who purchased a paid custom tagline individually will keep that tagline indefinitely
- and anyone who received their tagline through their monthly membership (so did not buy the custom tagline when it was available to purchase individually) is required to upkeep their membership to continue to have this bonus feature?

Just to clarify :)

Correct, as soon as the membership expires all features that go with that membership subscription are no longer available, thus rendering whatever title tag you placed last prior to membership expiration permanent. A member May however request that a title tag be reverted to the default (As the OP did).
