What is the renewal? Flowers.mobi resold in 2012 for $5,000
annual renewal: $35
Good low renewal for a premium keyword
I am not a big fan of the new extensions but .guru is certainly one of the better ones. "Flowers Guru" doesn't sound right and doesn't really roll off the tongue. "Flower Guru" would have been much better..
The low renewal helps the name but I think you will struggle to sell it for a decent amount
Don't use Estibot for appraising names, its a waste of time. I find it interesting how it comes with 11K on a brand new extension
flower.guru has a ridicules annual fee ($1k).
Yeah, that might be so, but it would be easier to sell for a profit, provided you didn't wait for 5 years (5k in renewals)
Serious companies won't want a name that sounds or looks odd.
So why has 1800flowers grabbed all [flowers] domains instead of [flower].***** ?
Probably because their business is called "1800Flowers", not "1800Flower"..it makes sense for them to use .Flowers....
So maybe they will acquire my .guru domain with "s" ..
I think you may have heard from them already if they wanted it
If you give it a different angle, say towards the budding marijuana industry, the name actually seems quite appealing. A happy camper might pay 2-3k for it. But because at first glance the name seems a little obscure, fetching that price from most is a long shot.
