Remove link requests on Parked pages

Dont you hate it when you get emails from Webmasters like: "Could you please remove our link from your page, cause Google penalized us for that" And the page is PARKED I usually reply that they can shut their Adwords campaign and that will remove the link from my parked page. I get those more and more frequent.

Never got one from a parked page. Next time tell them it's an automated process and to click their own link once a day until it disappears.

Got a number of link removal requests from webmasters from domains that haven't been resolving to any server for months. They got a notice from Google and are panicking. Obviously using very old info. Google is brilliant at getting webmasters to do their work for them for free.
