Hi all,
I’m working with a B2B software firm that provides remote access solutions for accounting and ERP platforms (like Tally). Over the past few months, we’ve been helping small businesses and finance teams move to multi-user setups — either using TVU licenses, Tally Server, or RDP/cloud access.
What we’ve found:
Would love to learn from your experience. Not looking to pitch anything — just starting a discussion around the tools that actually work for remote finance teams.
Thanks!

What we’ve found:
- Many teams prefer server-based solutions for control, but struggle with configuration/security.
- Cloud-based tools are more flexible but often raise data sensitivity concerns (especially in finance).
- Hybrid RDP + VPN for security
- Lightweight cloud desktops (just for ERP access)
- Group Policy lockdowns for shared computers
- Are you helping clients/team members access finance or business tools remotely?
- What hosting methods or access tools have worked well for you in real-world cases?
Would love to learn from your experience. Not looking to pitch anything — just starting a discussion around the tools that actually work for remote finance teams.
Thanks!
