Relationships.gr - 2nd logo contest - $50

This is the second attempt for the ultimate logo

Project specifications:

"i need a logo for my new website. It is not developed yet and the design will be
based on the logo. The domain name is: Relationships.gr
It's going to be a dating website but with a more "serious" character as we are also going to have scientific articles and a team of psychologists."

This time let's try a different approach. We'll play with words.

Love is like a journey, a boat trip, that we can't always miss..

Expressions used in English:
JUMP INTO A RELATIONSHIP.
CATCH UP ON MY RELATIONSHIP.

Some slogans could be:
"...Now Boarding"
"Your Ticket to Happiness"
etc

This is going to be the whole concept.
The logo should contain some kind of ship (probably a paper boat) but with something that indicates that the site is dating related and not a travel agency.
The colours we would like it to be are orange and blue (other suggestions are welcomed).
Logo should be original and unique.
I think it's a good challenge :hehe:

very VERY nice Will and Border... tough competition already; set the bar high.

*note: one thing i noticed on yours Border is that the paper boat kind of resembles a paper hat... i did not notice it at first but sometimes you have to step outside the box... i expected it to be a paper boat so therefore thats what I interpreted it to be. might consider adding some other distinct feature to it or slightly modify it. great design tho.. this is going to be tough to go against.

*edit again: lol. well I did realize that paper boats are assembled the way you have it... umm if I can make a suggestion... maybe put some water ripple lines under it... ??? that would pretty much be a quick and feasible solution

One Armed Scissor: the idea is nice but we didn't really like the ships design. Also the hearts are very small.

Sammyloski 1st: Not really what we are looking for as the logo doesn't match a dating site.
Sammyloski 2nd: It looks nice as a whole but we want the ship to stand by itself. Also we would prefer a blue/orange color combination.

Will7: Very nice entry, we really love your hearts

Border7: Very nice boat but it has many blue color variations. Generally there are too many colors (red, pink, blue, orange, white), looks too colorful.

My partner and i had an idea that combines most of above logos and i have prepared a draft in photoshop. I m thinking if i should post it now as i want to see more ideas and not give you a specific direction. Maybe i will wait for a few more entries until i post it.
