Ok first of all, I want to make a disclaimer that this is for the purpose of sharing to the Namepros community of my experience with the registrar for this particular domain. I did not have any bad intentions towards the Registrar Prior to this post, I had chat with the support and they promised to look into this soonest. Let me start, so today I wanted to transfer out my domain (Herenhuis.de) as the expiry is in 3 days. So I look up to the dashboard and click transfer domain away. But to my surprise, I got this when I hit to transfer out. What surprised me is that it says, THE DOMAIN IS NOT IN OUR REGISTRAR. I'm unable to transfer it out. Honestly, this is extremely shocking to see as a customer that been with the Registrar all this while. I hope this may be just a glitch and will be rectified ASAP.
