Registrar or Reseller?

I'm making a domain name registrar review site at regfee.info and I was wondering if companies like namecheap should be called registrars, or be identified as resellers of whatever registrar they use.

I'd call them registrars.

Easy Decision
If they are an ICANN accredited Registrar call them that
If they resell On behalf of an ICANN accredited Registrar Call them a Reseller
After all that is the Definition of the two terms
and it is easy to check their status with ICANN

Resellers can often offer better service than Registrars.
