Registerfly phone# needed - Urgent !

This is the problem:

When trying to login to my account at RF, this shows up:

"Because you have processed a chargeback or multiple chargebacks, you have lost all rights to your account. As it states in our terms of service, \"chargebacks will void your registerfly.com account\". You can clear up this matter by paying all fees due. The total amount due is $430 for 6 charges to a card in 2002 (last 4 digits 7101) unless you can proove that all of the domain names were paid for. This is not the first time that this has happened."

This absolutely ridiculous.A chargeback has never happened.Does anyone have a working phone# for registerfly ?

Would be appreciated.

I replied to the same thread on another forum.

This would mean our risk dept has restricted your account for chargebacks. We only restrict accounts where a chargeback has been performed by you or your bank. You can reach our risk dept at [email protected] or at 973-736-2545 during normal business hours.
