registerfly.com.. issues!!!

Edit: It appears that any transfers,regs between 3-26-05 to 4-18-05 are affected (At least in my account) while the registration information shows correctly at registerfly.com whois database many if not all others including enom.com shows the following

This is how much of a joke this company has become...
I just got off of the phone with RegisterFly....I have EXACTLY the same issue jim.
Except that it is with 43 names in this particular account.
The names just took on the information as I DO NOT use whois guard/FlyProtect and NEVER have.
I told the support??? person what happened. I told her that without any request or change by me that the whois info had changed. When I discovered it last week, as I tried to transfer a name, I went in and did a global contact/whois for the 43 names. Easy...no problem right? WRONG....The whois on their site is OK but everywhere else it is still in their name. I called them & I was just told 5 minutes ago that her "higher tech" had told her that I had to go in & do contact/whois changes EACH ONE individually!! I asked if she was kidding & she kept telling me this is what her "higher tech" had told her. So I guess I know what I will be doing for a while.
This is a joke...Maybe they have seen me transferring names away & this is their way of stopping the transfers as it shows their e-mail.
I can only say I am glad now I have my 150 names (used to be MANY more) with them in different accounts or I know what I would be doing for a week...
Take heed all....As I have said before I have been with these guys for over 4 years & now I can't get away fast enough.......

I wonder

some problem Jim maybe open a new account and push the names ?? maybe that will update the info?? but then again they might get "locked" from 8?-60? days

Just an update...
It is 2 days later...I have done as they asked...changed the data on all 40+ names in this account individually....and PRESTO...they all still resolve to.....wait for it,,,,,,,
RegisterFly.com being the owner...wasted more of my time...AGAIN......
I have begun to believe what several have PM'd me here & at DNF......this happened once I started transferring names away from them.....It is a cute way of stopping transfers as you still have control of DNS, push etc, but because the email is them you can't transfer because your email isn't the email of record. These others have suggested that perhaps a group of us should present our situation, with available documentation to ICANN & see if they can investigate if these are less than honorable practices being executed.......
I just sat on the phone for 35 minutes to ther 24/7 support without ever speaking to anyone........
I initiated a transfer a while ago....as the Contact info still didn't resolve (as mentioned here) I have had to cancel as there is now not enough time. Cute huh?

The Dog & Pony show continues....

As they say...Buyer Beware.....I warn all of you to proceed with caution with this company...

It does suck all the wasted time and effort for nil..EVERYONE should whois their names regged at regfly and see what the results are :( . Paul V. (regfly)
was able to correct the .com .net but the .infos are all still the same..BTW I tried the "push" and the info remained the same :( ..I guess they won't fix the problem until they are forced to........ thanks for trying Paul but :( :(

Nice fix they gave us huh??? I think they just make it up most of the time...What the heck...It's not their time they are wasting.
The majority of the names in this account are .info & .biz.....And I always keep my info current as this is a way for people to contact me to buy a name.

This would be a nice way for them to keep the names you sell from leaving RegisterFly as all you can do is push them......Cute..
