registerbuzz.com is killing us.

I need to update DNS setting from registerbuzz.com control panel.
I cannot get the access to it.
I've been calling & emailing... they are not answering.

I even emailed & called their associate company dotregistrar.com.
They don't even answer my call (email).

What's going on?
No communication... these guys are killing our business.
What do I do now?
