Hey guys i tried to login this morning. It wouldnt let me in.

Then i try to recover domain

Your account has been placed into restricted mode by our Risk Prevention team. To remove the restriction you will need to do the following:

If you are suspended due to non-payment, you will need to pay the past due balance and submit proof of payment before your account is enabled

Anyone have this also :'( . I have $6 in the account so i dont know what they are talking about because i have a positive balance....

Sounds like your account triggered some failsafe that caused your account to be locked. Contact support to find out what happened in a transaction that made them think something was wrong.

Doesn't mean anything yet, just hit them up and ask them whats's wrong, would be wiser to ask them instead of us. Maybe something went wrong when they relaunched their Website yesterday (?).

A few weeks ago the account was at -$0.00?

Maybe that might be it?

I had a similiar issue I fat fingered my credit card number too many times and my account was locked down. I wrote [email protected] explained what I did and they enabled it.

I would say to e-mail support and see whats wrong really, never had that problem before. However I did have some recent domain registration problems with them which I don't want to get into.

There site is so buggy right now.

Old site + new site is mixed within links...... :(

And a canceled tranfer will not refund the cash.

Also NOOOOOOO SUPPORT.

I only see one area where there is mixed links(transfer status). All other areas work very well, in fact I like it much better than the old site

Did you cancel the transfer yourself? You have to raise a ticket for refund when you cancel the transfer yourself.

I am currently also experiencing problems at RegFly trying to reg some .biz names (i.e. today they fail every time). Anyone else here having the same problem?

I did, but realized you need to make sure the phone number and fax number is in the proper format +1.5555551212(it shows it on the screen). Once I changed it it worked like charm

There is a feature called unsubscribe(check the newsletter). They only send this to clients. if you wish to be removed just unsubcribe and your problem is solved. I get similiar ones from godaddy, dotster I just unsubcribe and I do not get them anymore.

I've read several bad reports about registerfly in this forum and others. I've already transferred all my domains away from them.

You will here the same for all major registrars some people will hate them/most will love them. Good luck in your travels
