I wanted to renew 3 domain names on my account last week.
I got next message after I was suddenly logged off from account during the process of renewal:
"Your account has been placed into restricted mode by our Risk Prevention team. To remove the restriction you will need to do the following:
Contact us at [email protected] for further details about why your account is in restricted mode, please include your userid in all communications
If you are suspended due to non-payment, you will need to pay the past due balance and submit proof of payment before your account is enabled"

I have contacted Risk dpt. more than 5 times, send them fax, but no
response until now (that was almost 7 days ago!).
Hope that somebody can help me on this place...thanks in advance.
