I am just transfering a bunch of names and it says:

Your Transfer code promo for $5.50 will expire on 2005-01-08. During this time you can transfer as many domains as you wish and only pay $5.50 for each domain.

Maybe that means it ends today, or maybe it means it lasts for 24 hours from the time you first use it. I'm not sure, but if you're interested in taking advantage of the offer I'd use it now.
